The age of regeneration may be upon us.

What Neuralink's announcement of successful neuron spike detection shows is that we are slowly gaining the ability to speak the language of our biological systems and processes. But what if we could go a bit further and cause biological systems to spark the regrowth of tissues and organs?

Researchers are trying to prove the capability is possible through the promise of bioelectricity. Using a combination of drug treatments and wearable devices, scientists have been able to manipulate bioelectric signals to encourage cells to regenerate lost or damaged tissues.
