When we see what’s happening in the world, we might fear a future of uncertainty and dread.
We could just be experiencing a short period of blindness as we remove old ways of thinking, like a snake shedding its old skin, and its eyes getting cloudy with temporary blindness.

We need leaders that can see through the clouded, self-interest thinking of the present to build a sustainable future that is not dependent on fossil fuel extraction methods of the past.

The United Sate’s current administration has espoused a strategy of “energy dominance,” leveraging America’s new position as the world’s top oil and gas producer.

Like the skin of a molted snake, the United States could see its status left behind as the rest of the world elevates to a new abundant renewable future.
