There is no doubt we are headed toward a future where many of our mindless tasks will be passed on to an increasingly digitized world.
While this will free up much of our time to peruse more potentially enlightening roles in life, we must be aware of the uniquely human gifts that are going to bring the most value to the table.
As more jobs become automated, possessing strong social skills will be more important than ever. These skills will help us develop ways to connect the abstract ideas that only humans can dream up and will be applied across a wide variety of domains.
