A catalyst, the prime agent of any change, can be the cause of something great or it could set in motion a chain of events that lead toward destruction.

As humans, we are typically adverse to change. While we understand that this change could be good for us, we often are reluctant to take the steps to get out of our comfort zone and start the process.

That is where a catalyst comes in and forces us to take action. At first we are scared, angry and do all we can to oppose the change. And sometimes, the catalyst is a blatant threat to our way of life. But even with this threat, a new hope and a renewed sense of purpose could emerge.
